PROPERTIES
NITRASIL R is strong and stable at high temperatures. The flexural strength of 190 MPa is maintained to 10000C.
Light in weight, 2.4 g/cm3.
Low expansion coeffient of 3x10-6/0C, gives good thermal shock resistance.
Resistant to oxidation up to 11500C, and to attack by a wide range of chemicals and molten non-ferrous metals.
Electricallyresistant; no effect in HF inductive feilds.
